Yes. Clients reply from the free ApertureBook app on iOS or Android, where the conversation appears under the Messages tab alongside their galleries.

No. The email is a notification, not an inbox, so replies to it are not monitored. It carries a button that opens the conversation in the app, which is where replies happen.

They get a push notification the moment you send. If they miss it, a follow-up email arrives a few minutes later, and it is skipped entirely if they have already read the thread.

Client messaging is included on every paid plan. The free plan covers galleries, the client app, invoicing, contracts, and reports.

Go to Settings → Subscription. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

Clients need a connection to load galleries and photos. Downloaded photos are saved to their device and are available offline after download.
