ApertureBook Studio is the app you run your business from. Add it to your phone and know the moment a client pays, signs a contract, sends a form or writes to you, then answer from wherever you are.
The things you would otherwise find out about from an email hours later arrive on your lock screen, with who did it and what happened.
Swiped a notification away, or left push off on this computer? Every one of them is waiting in the bell at the top of Studio.
Already signed in on your computer? Settings > Studio app shows a code to scan with your phone's camera.
No. Studio installs straight from your browser: on iPhone you add it to your home screen from Safari, and on a computer you install it from your browser. It opens like any other app and stays signed in.
No. Studio is included on every plan, free plan too. Notifications for client messages come with client messaging, which is on every paid plan.
iPhone only lets a website send notifications once it has been added to the home screen. After that, Studio asks whether you want them, and you can change your mind anytime in Settings > Studio app.
Every notification also lands in the bell at the top of Studio and stays there for 90 days, whether or not push is on for that device. Tap one to go straight to what it is about.
Yes. Turn them on wherever you use Studio, your phone and your computer both. Settings > Studio app lists every device and lets you remove one.
No. Studio is for you. Your clients use the ApertureBook app on their phone, where they find their gallery, invoice, contract, forms and messages.
Studio on your phone is the same Studio as on your computer: reply to clients, check an invoice, look up a session, all from the same sign-in.
